Meet David

David is a certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, the world’s #1 business coaching firm; with over 1000 offices in 70+ countries. After nearly 30 successful years in sales management of small and mid-sized companies, David is now enjoying working with business owners to achieve their goals and dreams through the “Profession of Business Ownership.”

David’s mission is to have business owners develop personally and, in turn, grow their business to reap the rewards of the risk, time, and hard work they’ve invested. They capture profits that often seem so elusive, and free up time in their hectic schedules so they can enjoy family, personal interests, and additional business ventures.

David is a graduate of North Carolina State University and subsequently earned his MBA. He has worked for multiple privately owned and rapidly growing enterprises, as well as starting and purchasing six businesses himself including construction, plumbing, boat parts manufacturer, and an event venue. He is fully engaged and understanding of the challenges owners experience through the life of their companies. Further, David is equipped with hundreds of proven strategies and the skill set to work alongside owners to get amazing results.
Those results speak for themselves, as David has climbed into the top 5% of ActionCOACH leaders world-wide.

Raised in North Carolina, David, his wife and 3 sons have called Mooresville home for over 20 years. He remains very active in his church and surrounding community.

Meet Matt

With over twenty-five years of experience leading projects, teams, and businesses, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to business coaching. His journey began in the nonprofit sector, later transitioning to roles in large corporations, and ultimately embarking on full-time entrepreneurship alongside his wife Brooke. Together, they successfully owned and operated two full-service automotive franchises in North Carolina, achieving remarkable growth in revenue, profit, same-store performance, and customer satisfaction.

At his core, Matt is more than just a business owner and coach; he is a Believer committed to living life to its fullest. Matt prioritizes Faith, Family & Friends, viewing Finances as a tool to be leveraged. He sees himself not merely as a business coach, but as an investor in people. His love for people is a critical component of what he does—helping fellow business owners excel and achieve new levels of success and balance in their work and daily lives. Motivated by a passion for efficiency and driven by a desire to share his experience, Matt dedicates himself to empowering business owners to not just survive, but to thrive. With a strong leadership background spanning diverse business scales, he excels in creating value and consistently delivering on commitments.
